Direct Replay

Direct replay gives to the user the opportunity to replay what has just been said within a call. This can be very useful while being used over bad quality voice channel like radio or in order to avoid someone to repeat again and again what has just been said by remote party.

While the call is still ongoing

Direct replay can be used while the real time call is still on. To do so, press the small "replay" icon while passing the mouse over the slot in the call focus or Call box applet.

During the call, the Direct Replay can also be accessed through the TeamView Applet in the details of the slot holding the Call/Conference

From the call history

By default, direct replay of each call is kept for end users for a period of 15 minutes after the end of the call.

You can instantly see it on the call history applet with the small replay symbol

Pressing on it will then pop-up the replay interface, user just then need to press the play button and select the right location in the call they wish to replay
