AI Cognitive Services
Artificial intelligence (AI) becomes more and more important in critical environement. Not replacing humans but helping them to increase efficiency and safety of their actions compared to huge number of information coming at the same time in these environments.
Alerting
Alerting allow a user to be notified in the Activity applet on subject of interest. The system will then monitor selected slots on this or these subject(s) and will trigger alerting in the activity applet.
To do so, in the AI applet, select "setup"
Then create a new Monitor clicking on the "+" button
Then select applicable slots for your Monitor, freely type a regular expression you wish to be alerted on(e.g. "green apple") and click "OK"
either create another Monitor or press "OK" again to exit the Setup mode
As a result, when the alert is triggered, user can then either
- get the transcription on why the alert has been triggered
- join the call
- access directly the replay of the call which has triggered the alert
- do nothing and discard the alert
Transcription
Transcriptions of conversation taking place in the whole system is also a way to improve efficiency from a compliance stand point but also avoiding mistakes when people don't necessarly have the same mother tongue.
The User can open a new Transcript either,
from the Team View Applet
from the AI Voice Transcription Applet
