Audience
Different people audiences may be interested into this documentation. As a result, this documentation describe Alphacom solution product using 2 angles
- From an end user point of view focusing on Nomad fat client focusing on "how to use" features.
- From an administration point of view focusing more on "how to setup" things rather than "how to use" things.
Note
Depending of the audience, some concept could be agnostic to the end user while important to understand difference for admin.
e.g. Voice platform being used could be pure cloud platform (Zoom, Teams,...) or on-prem PBX (asterisk, ...). While this is important to understand for admins, end users will get the same user experience whatever they use one or the other or even both at the same time.
