Reordering calls

Calls have a specific order inside a Call Box applet. This order is determined by the order of calls that was restored from the previous session, as well as how the user has initiated or moved the calls in the interface.

Calls can be freely re-ordered inside a Call Box applet by simply performing a drag-and-drop operation on them.
